Four and a half hours, not twelve
Zurich is four and a half hours behind us, three and a half in summer. Your morning is our afternoon. There is nothing exotic about the scheduling, we simply share most of the working day.
Careful engineering, documented properly, at a cost base that makes the second and third project possible as well.
Switzerland has the most expensive engineering talent in Europe and a business culture with very little patience for things that almost work. Those two facts together produce a familiar outcome in mid sized Swiss companies: the critical internal tool never gets built, because the only quote that came back would have paid for a machine instead.
We are a realistic answer to that. Not the cheapest offer in your inbox, and we are not trying to be. The work is documented, the handover is real, and the cost base means the project that keeps getting postponed can finally happen, along with the two after it.

German, French, Italian and English in the same system, with the language switch designed in rather than bolted on afterwards. We run our own platform in several languages, so this is ordinary work for us and not an experiment.
Written documentation is part of what you are buying, not a favour at the end. If your internal team has to take it over in two years, they should be able to, and that is the standard we build to.
Your data can sit in a Swiss or EU region, and we state in writing which services process what. We build to what your own legal advisers require, we do not interpret the law for you.
Fast, secure, mobile first websites and the web applications behind them. Built to load quickly, rank well and keep working when the traffic arrives.
Read moreBusiness software shaped around how you already work, with AI handling the reading, sorting and drafting that currently eats your team's day.
Read moreProduction, quality records and traceability, where the process is specific enough that no standard product has ever quite fitted it.
Trading houses in Zug and Geneva running contracts, documents and positions across systems that were never designed to talk.
Cross border paperwork in several languages, read and retyped by people who should be doing something harder.
Firms where client onboarding, reporting and document handling consume the hours that should be billable.
We work with companies in Zurich, Geneva, Basel, Bern, Zug, Lausanne and across Switzerland.
We work in English. All documentation, code and written communication is in English, and the software itself is built in whatever languages your users need. If your team prefers German for meetings, we will tell you honestly that we cannot do that rather than promising it and disappointing you in week three.
A written update on the same day every week, a board you can open whenever you like, and the engineers on the call rather than a sales layer.
Nobody should hand a large project to a team they have never worked with on the strength of a proposal document.
Not about technology. What the job is, who does it today, how long it takes and what it costs when it goes wrong.
What is included, what is not, what it costs and when it finishes. In writing before anything starts.
Four to eight weeks of real work you can use, not a prototype. You see the code, the pace and how we behave when something goes wrong.
With working software in front of you instead of a slide deck. If we are not the right team, you found out cheaply and you keep what was built.
Yes. We can host in a Swiss region, and where a third party service is involved we tell you which one, what it receives and where it runs. Your legal advisers set the requirement and we build to it.
We work in English. We build interfaces and content in German, French and Italian, and we work with your translator or ours for the wording, but the project itself runs in English. That is the honest answer and it saves everybody a surprise later.
Written acceptance criteria before we build, a test environment you can use yourself, and documentation delivered with the software rather than promised after it. If something is not right we fix it, and we would rather hear it early.
It is a cost base difference, not a quality difference. Our engineers are paid well for this market and our office is not in Zurich. That is the entire explanation, and you should judge it on the work rather than on the number.
Yes. We are regularly the team building one specific system alongside a local partner who runs the infrastructure. Clear boundaries written down at the start, and no quiet competition over the account.
One defined piece of work, fixed price, with a real finish line. You see the code, the documentation and how we behave when something goes wrong, which is the part that actually tells you who we are.
Describe the process that is costing you the most time. We will tell you what we would build, roughly what it would cost and whether it is worth doing at all. If it is not, we will say so.
